The art of living your life start with you allowing yourself to express. A man is nothing but a collection of expression of his thoughts. By expressing itself, a new born baby cries. As the baby grows, he(s) expresses anger, remorse, love, happiness, etc. The phenomena that is learnt as people grow up is to acquire emotions to express our feelings. These feelings are nothing but mere reaction to the actions coming towards us from the society. The scale of perfection to express your feelings differ. A drama/theatre/visual artist is perfect at manipulating emotions. An author/writer/editor is also good at expressing his heart out. But one attribute that never changes in us is our identity. Who you are is eternal. The bliss that you achieve once you reach this state is eternal. You are the creator, preserver and the destroyer of your life. You are responsible for the life around you. You are in charge of the things happening with you. There can never be anyone else taking control over you...

Man is maker of his destiny! What defines a man is his physical boundary added with intellectual prowess. His physical boundary is limited within the environment he lives in. He dwells in the environment. He satisfies his social, psychological and emotional needs from the environment. What defines, makes up or destruct an environment ? An environment is a collective behavior of such men (women). A wave created at a corner of a pond travels to all the corners and subsides after a while. Likely, the emotions that we put into and about our environment stays in it. How nice is our surrounding! How ugly is our place! What a pleasant place I am living in! Such emotions about an environment propels our subconscious mind to make the surrounding more of what we say! The efforts that we put into making an environment a pleasant place requires collective realization of this reflective behavior. Energized effort will only lead to exuberant environment.
