Politician or Policitian ?? The demographic dividend of Work.

The people of India are generally seen having two trends. One is they have true afflictions to politics. They are the people interested in policy-makers. They want something to change in the already existing society. They are the path makers. They are the founders, the innovators. They are driven by the fact that they have to change something in the society and that is what propels them. They do not settle with the norms. Also, they destabilize the norms. Pun intended.

Second is the service class people. These are with the attitude of service. They are in service to the company they are working at, in service to the organisation they are employed at and in service to the nation. The people in all kind of service who offer their time, physicality and money to run, maintain and stabilize the machinery of working of the nation is defined by the service class people. They work on the policies enacted by the policitian. Their attachment to the nation, the attitude of working for the mankind in the nation, for their own people drives them. They are the workers, the givers, the caretakers. They are in every sector, the financial service providers, the transporters, the educators, the healthcare professionals, etc.

Third is the class of the people who work for their families. Family itself is a class. Family is the norm in an Indian Society. When family comes into picture, we all become sensitive. Family combines them all. This applies to all those policitian and also the service providers. A successful politician or rather policitian should be the one who is policy oriented. The policies should be such that it sees nation as a family. It has been a massive campaigning months starting with Feb 2021 to now and onwards, the electoral parties are strengthening their workforce to grab the ruling authority. They have all been busy invoking the sentiments of the nation to garner votes. This for now is the time to exercise the true power vested on the people in a democratic country such as India. Vote for the politicians or vote for the policitians ?
