Moon, O moon, let me drown in thy elixir of life.
The giver of the pleasant soothing cold light.

Why you go unnoticed on a new moon night!!
Only to reappear in the western sky
Waxing For a fortnight
Blessed by the Venus, the Aphrodite
To seek guidance repentance and might?
And shine bright on the full moon night!

Thy go each day smaller from the day of full bright.
You rise in the east, with Jupiter by your side
Full of Youth, did you lose sight?
Waning in this fortnight
Living as a cursed celestial
Whose curse ends in the darkness
Of another new moon night!

Born from the Churning of the ocean
Called Somas to be right
Became the head jewel of the Mahadev alike
You join the Sun to be the celestial clock
He shines in the day and thee in night

Moon o Moon the giver of cold pleasant light!
Let me fill my eyes with the pleasant cold light
Oh, What a sight!

What a dance, O moon, a bewitching sight!
