To break a society economically, militarily or morally ??

Recently, the concepts of human values are doing rounds in the society and the social media. The questions doing rounds in the social media and in our social circles are about tolerance, accepting the diversity and respecting the minority. It is about caring for the one last person in the society, who is malnourished, deprived of rights, deprived of justice, etc. The land that we come from, from the era of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, this tolerance and justice to the weaker sections of the society prevailed. It can be noticed when Ram is killing Bali to deliver justice to Sugreeva. Bharat, that is to be known as “India” has been the land advocating justice for all, promoting diversity of nature and worshipping it. But a piece of land transforms into a nation with its people. People, fighting for its glory, fighting to better their lives, their companion’s lives and thereby directing the structuring of motherland’s glory.
But our land’s glory has been stamped with brute force time and again. It has come to so low, we call our ancestor’s story as mythology. We termed our ancestors as “foreigners” or the “Aryans” who as per the western propaganda were migrated from the middle east Asia. But recent discoveries at Rakhigarhi excavations have proved them wrong. There is no proof of migration but rather is native existence. The very definition of living on this land has changed. The development of a society as per the ancestors has taken a westward turn. It started with changing the name of this land from “Bharat” to “India”. “Bharat that is to be called as India” is the sentence in the Indian constitution that changed the name of a country. The story of disintegration of religions, of society follows. The degradation of moral values, ethical values chips in. If there is no integration as a society, as a nation, foreigners will come, they will write history as they wish and the world will siege to know the real truth of the land.
Why there is the need of social integration and national integration? The human development index, proposed and maintained by the UN includes, Life expectancy, education index and GNI index. Education simply takes in to calculation no. of students enrolled and conferred degrees with. GNI includes Gross National Income. There is no question of Human Happiness. There is no question of evolving or sharpening your skills. Education is putting all the animals of the jungle in one rat race. This is not fair. In 1835, when Macauly’s education system was getting implemented, there were 7,00,000 gurukuls functioning in India. They were deliberately destroyed and convent education in the church run schools was promoted. The poor and the rich, seeing the opportunity to come par with the ruler, strived hard to be convent educated. After generations, the result is, all the animals of the jungle have forgotten what they are and all of them are speaking English. Also, they do not know the calculation of time as per the sun and the moon, neither do they know life-saving skills, nor do they know the names of months, seasons, stars, naxatras in their own language. This is the result of mass cleansing of ideas of a nation. If we try to remember it in stories, but it will be debarred entry in education textbooks and research projects. And after a few generations they become myths. If we will forget ourselves, then who will remember us? The foreign countries have never thought of preserving their lineage. Hence, till today, the youth is flabbergasted who their forefathers were. As a society they may have a history but parental lineage is what they lack.

In the end, a society which has valued the very soil upon which we grow our food and we live to worship, the society which has worshipped the life-saving elements like fire, water, air and sky, who worships the trees, the animals and all the human beings, who believes in helping each other, is mocked upon as barbarians and illiterates and intolerant. Along with this imposition from the outside, the education system has also brought into effect severe competitions from the inside.  A runner is competing with a reader. A singer is competing with a body builder so on and so forth. To have a society of runners, to have a society of body builders, to have a society of preachers, to have a society of fashion-designers, to have a society of learned men, is it worth asking for? The runners compete with runners, live with runners, learns skills of runners and the ace runner come up in time. The learned will debate with other learned and the best will come as policy makers of the society. To groom a better generation, the order of the society must be decided. That order should not be looked down upon as caste division!!

  1. Bharat was defeated by Mughals then after Maratha empire British came and then people fought for the freedom of India not for the Bharat. So this is now the land for the people who live here not the land of Bharat anymore. We should fight for the living and their problems.

  2. Yes, off course. We are all in it for the living. But remember, a country stripped of the knowledge of its history and degraded with history can never prosper !! First thing first is to place checkpoints against all the degradations !! This is the shadow fight ! We are anyway fighting for a better life outside.

  4. So, basically you want to live in the past. You don't have vision to look forward to the future . You want to establish order of society which is nothing but bringing back the old caste system, because you are placed in the top of that order. Change is the law of nature and we have to look forward and move along with the change. You people always have thought you have the best brains, but in the present society it's been proved wrong. People from so called lower caste, by you, are coming forward and challenging you. Even doing better than you. So, you can't see that happen. Accept the change and adjust yourself.
